No upsets meant absolutely no movement in this week's INCH Power Rankings.

So why rank 'em at all? Because while we've got to evaluate teams based on their past performances, we're always looking to the future. And as college hockey heads into the new year, we wondered what our top team's New Year's resolutions were.

Here's how the Inside College Hockey editors and staff rank the nation's top teams (along with a resolution for each team).

NOTE: The INCH Power Rankings will take a holiday break next week. We resolve to return on Sunday, Jan. 2.
