His
Impact: Friday night's Holy Cross win over
Mercyhurst was no one-man show – no 10-3 game
could be. But McGregor grabbed the spotlight early,
scoring three goals in a 7-1 Crusader first period in
this November matchup of Atlantic Hockey's best. He
helped chase one goalie in the process, then chased
his replacement after just 99 seconds, bringing back
the starter for more punishment. Saturday a third Laker
backstop, Tyler Small, handed Holy Cross a 4-3 loss,
but McGregor still found the net twice to give him five
goals on the weekend.
