North
Dakota: East Region second seed
North Dakota 4, Boston University 0
North Dakota 6, Boston College 3
North Dakota 4, Minnesota 2
Denver:
Northeast
Region first seed
Denver 4, Bemidji State 3 ot
Denver 4, New Hampshire 2
Denver 6, Colorado College 2

WHY
NORTH DAKOTA WINS: It’s hard to describe “it”
but North Dakota has “it” right now. They know it,
and Minnesota, Boston College, and Boston University know it.
Jordan Parise’s great play down the stretch gave the Fighting
Sioux a ton of confidence and they’re on quite a playoff
run, which could bring a national championship with one more win.
WHY
DENVER WINS: Quite simply, they’re the best team.
Unfortunately, Denver’s team is so strong in so many areas
that it’s difficult to fall in love with one standout aspect,
such as size, strength, skill, or goaltending. But since the Pioneers
are so good across the board, they can win any type of game.
