Boston College
Sr. | F | Burnaby, British Columbia

His Statistics: 2 GP, 5-3—8, +3,  1 GWG, 1 PPG

His Impact: Most college hockey observers felt that Brock Bradford would have a solid 2008-09 campaign after missing the vast majority of last season due to injury. Few expected him to attempt to squeeze two years’ worth of points into just one season, however.

Bradford, who scored an impressive 19 goals during his sophomore year in 2006-07, has 12 markers through 10 games this season, tied for tops in the nation. Five of those goals came this past weekend — the Burnaby, British Columbia, native netted a hat trick in Boston College’s 5-5 tie against Merrimack Friday, then added two scores in the Eagles’ 8-6 win over visiting New Hampshire. Bradford enters the weekend home-and-home series with Massachusetts with a six-game point streak and has 9-4—13 during that span.

His Runners-Up: Dave Kostuch, Canisius; Brian Leitch, Quinnipiac; Jimmy Spratt, Bowling Green; Jase Weslosky, St. Cloud State
