Both the ECAC Hockey coaches and media agree: Yale is their choice to win the league’s regular-season championship.
Results of the league’s preseason polls were released Wednesday. The Bulldogs, who’ve made three straight trips to the NCAA Tournament, earned nine of a possible 12 first-place votes in the coaches poll and 23 of 38 first-place votes in the media poll. Union and Cornell were selected second and third, respectively in both polls.
